Maximilian Wiedemann

The artist Max Wiedemann was selected by the heads of the music and culture channel VH1 to paint portraits of Leona Lewis, Miley Cyrus, Jordin Sparks, Adele and Kelly Clarkson to appear on MEGA billboards on Sunset Blvd, Rodeo Drive, in Manhattan and bus shelters across New York. Max's works were used in the largest and coolest publications on Earth such as Rolling Stone and USA Today and constantly flashed up on VH1 - all to advertise the concert VH1 Diva's and all with Max's name in lights at the bottom of each ad.

Recently Max Wiedemann was commissioned by The Big Issue (170,000 copies sold across England) to paint Elle MacPherson. Elle said: "I'm a big fan of Max's work.... Max and I have similar approaches in appealing to the masses."

Louise Roe, former Editor of Vogue.com and presenter of The Clothes Show said: “I'm also obsessed....by Max Wiedemann, an ad exec-turned-artist who has celebrities flocking to be immortalized by him. I was lucky enough to have him paint me, graffiti-style, on a six foot canvas that looked as if I was on the cover of a magazine, for a project during London Fashion Weekend.”
